NM BuildSense AI Pvt Ltd ("BuildSense AI", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of developers, home buyers, channel partners, vendors, contractors and site visitors ("Data Principals" or "users").

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, processed, retained, and safeguarded when you interact with our marketing website (buildsense.in), our PropOS platform, our autonomous WhatsApp AI agents (Riddhi, Siddhi, Riya, Aryan, Kuber, Dev), and associated software integrations.

This policy is drafted in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules framed thereunder.

Depending on your interaction with BuildSense AI, we collect the following categories of data:

• Identity & Contact Data: Name, phone number, email address, company name, developer RERA registration details, user designation.
• Conversational & AI Workflow Data: Chat histories, voice/audio notes, media uploads, pricing queries, site visit requests, payment reminders, and vendor PO interactions transmitted via WhatsApp or the PropOS Desk API.
• Project & Commercial Artefacts: Unstructured project files (BOQs, floor plans, rate cards, CLP milestone schedules, architect certificates) uploaded by developers for AI contextual grounding.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referral URLs, access timestamps, and telemetry log data.

We process personal data solely for lawful, defined purposes under valid consent or legitimate uses specified in the DPDPA:

• Executing real estate workflows (e.g., matching buyers with project availability, triggering CLP milestone payment notices, tracking RERA filing deadlines).
• Grounded AI agent responses: Training and executing domain-specific RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models scoped to the developer’s isolated workspace.
• Account management, security verification, audit logging, and preventing unauthorized access.
• Regulatory compliance with state RERA authorities, tax laws, and lawful government orders.

BuildSense AI implements multi-tenant cryptographic and enterprise security controls:

• Workspace Isolation: Each real estate developer’s context base (BOQs, project documents, pricing matrices) is logically isolated into secure vector and SQL containers.
• PII Redaction: Sensitive buyer data is automatically scrubbed or masked before passing to core AI inference nodes.
• Encryption: Data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
• Human-in-the-Loop: Financial transactions, contract approvals, and penalty-inducing actions require mandatory human confirmation.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with authorized processors under strict confidentiality contracts:

• WhatsApp Business API / Meta Cloud API: For delivering real-time agent messages, payment reminders, and buyer notifications.
• Cloud Hosting & Infrastructure: AWS (Mumbai region) / GCP for secure database and model hosting.
• Developer Organization: Information captured by Riddhi AI (buyer inquiries) or Aryan AI (collections) is routed directly to the respective developer’s CRM/ERP system.

Under the DPDPA 2023, you retain the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access a summary of personal data being processed.
• Right to correction, completion, and updating of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure of personal data when processing is no longer necessary.
• Right to nominate a representative in the event of incapacity or death.
• Right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting past lawful processing.
